Stevens 350

I just saw an ad for the Stevens 350 security shotgun. It has a very Ithaca model 37 look to it, including bottom ejection. The listed price is very appealing, just over $300. Does anyone know if this is the Chinese copy of the model 37 that Norinco imported before? Is it wearing the Stevens name now?
I had heard some complaints about feeding with the Norinco, I wonder is the Stevens has had any refinements?

It's Chinese, the one I tried worked well & showed surprisingly good quality.
The non-removable barrel was a deal-killer for me.

The barrel came off on the one I looked at....Nice sights and the one I handled was good to go, but it's a gun best inspected before purchase...!

The barrel on the Stevens 350 comes off. They sell it as a package deal with an 18 and 28 inch barrels.

Some of the current Ithaca's made in the US have non removable barrels....

I also worked with the economy-grade Ithaca home defense model, that barrel definitely does not come off.
Sometimes these things blur together. Had to go back & look at the photos I have on the 350 to refresh my mind.

I bought one (Stevens 350) back in January and took it shooting for the first time this past weekend. Awesome gun. had no problems whatsoever. oh and the barrel most definitely comes off.
