Im looking to buy an STG2000C. Ihave found an IO for $700. Does that seem fair?

omg $600? good god, people wouldnt touch these a year ago for much over $250. if your going to spend 600-700 on an AK ,then there are alot better options out there. Go pick up a bulgarian or a polish and dont look back.

A year ago they were going for the introductory price of $400; people liked them but hated the cheapo flexible furniture. Bulgarians go for $800+ now, but they are still awesome and that's what I'd get if I wasn't opposed to panic buying.

I'd pass on that opportunity. There are cheaper, better AKs to be had.

Prices are sky high right now and who knows if they're going to come back down. $700 seems real high, but then again I saw a Yugo underfolder going for $850 the other day and they were $450 just a year ago.

yes but when you can get a arsenal AK at around 850, then paying that much for a century yugo just seems plain silly.
