Stringing Shots

My CZ-550 Varmint .22-250 shoots 1/2 groups at 100 yards with a cold barrel. However, after 5-6 shots, the shots begin to spread horizontally to about 3 inches. Has anyone seen this before? What did you do to fix it?
The stock is laminated. I've heard the barrel needs to be free floated.

Check your barrel to stock clearance. Also, check the bedding of your action. You might need to skim bed.
