Stripped Lowers for an AR15 in PA

Does anyone know of any dealers who sell stripped lower receivers for an AR15 in the Pittsburgh area and what makes?

I am looking for a Stag or Rock River lower receiver, but will take any suggestions if there are any other dealers around. I'd rather not pay the FFL transfer!

John Brown's Armory in Rochester likely has Stag or RRA in stock. If not, Dukes Sport shop in New Castle has gotten them in for me from Eagle Firearms and Title 2 firearms.

Last year I tried getting him to transfer in some g3 receivers (JLD ptr-91's) he refused for what ever reason. Not to mention he's expensive $$$ on everything...

I just had (last month) Eagle ship some RRA receivers to Gun Runner Sporting Goods in Canonsburg..

If you look around you can get Stag lowers shipped for $99.. $95 if you buy three. even w/ a $20 transfer fee it's still cheaper than buying direct around pittsburgh.. most dealers start at $150.. now if you drive across the line to Ohio for some reason they can be had for $120-130 OTD

That's weird. No problems getting stripped receivers from them on my end.

Yeah, they're expensive, but you're not buying the receiver from them....just getting the transfer done.

Anthony Arms doesn't have them.

I'm starting to think you're right - even with the FFL fee it looks like I can find them cheaper shipped off the Internet. Most of the places I've found are around $130 (at least) to $160+! WOW!

Even with the FFL I can get one at $120. Ah well. Thanks for everyones help!
