Subsonic .270

    Hey, anybody here have any experience with loading subsonic loads? I'm thinking about loading some up ( if it's even possible with the .270 win ). If so what kind of powder should I be using and approximeny how much ?

    we used to shoot pipsqueek at our indoor club. Everyone started with about 5 grs of Bullseys and a cast bullet. Pistol primers work ok, wear safety glasses and start out at 5 grs. Be safe

    Your chances of not sticking a bullet in the bore will be greatly increased with cast lead bullets and not Jacketed bullets!
