Suggest a scope with this criteria please

This will be for a FNH Patrol XP in .308.

-Magnification range of about 4-16x variable power

-30mm tube

-Subdued/"Tactical" looks, no gloss finishes, silver finishes etc.

-Mil-Dot or decent ballistic drop reticle

-Side focus/parallax

-Would prefer knobs that are not too tall (won't fit in my safe), they do not need to be finger adjustable even really.

-About $600 or so

-And of course from a good manufacturer. Just say no to Barska

I love Burris but I'm dead set on side focus.

I have a Bushnell 3-9 mildot without turrets. The quality is excellent, the clarity is very nice and the price was cheap!

Another guy I shoot with has a Bushnell too. He is also happy with it.

Not about your choice exactly, more of an overall quality assessment of the manufacturer.
