Suggestions for carrying a J frame speedloader on belt without anyone knowing?

Just a thought...
Buy a cell phone holster longer/larger than your cell phone. Drop the speedloader in the bottom of the case & then put your cell phone on top. A little slow to deploy, but would definitely not arouse suspicion.
Or you could try Speed Strips or SKS stripper clips. I use them for my .38/.357's. For a J-frame, the clip will hold two reloads in a package not much larger ( & no thicker) than a 7-round 1911 mag.

Why would you want to hide a speedloader? Heck, be proud of the fact that you're a wheelgun man! 
Seriously, I can't help you with hiding a traditional speedloader, as I carry my rounds in a couple a speedstrips. They offer the ultimate in extra-ammo concealment. Granted, round speedloaders are faster, but sometimes concerns about concealment are override other considerations.

I am a big guy (42 waist), but I find a speedloader fits in my watch pocket of my jeans or jean shorts.
Usually though, I stick with a speed strip. Hides easily in your pocket.

Safari Land makes a speedloader case that slips the loader down over the belt. This puts 3 rounds behind the belt, and 3 rounds in front, so it doesn't bulge as much.
I have made small leather cases that look UNLIKE a speedloader case. Sort of a "generic" cell phone/beeper/pocket knife/whatever belt case.

Basically, you just have made a leather (or these days nylon) case that DOESN'T look like a traditional speedloader case.
A speedloader case LOOKS like a speedloader case. You want something squared off and box-like that looks like a beeper/cell phone/knife/whatever case.
I made several different models.
One was a larger modified "dump" case.
For those too young to remember these, they were from the days BEFORE speedloaders. It was a case that held 6 loose rounds. When the top flap was unsnapped, the case section folded or hinged down so the rounds would drop into your hand.
I simply made a larger case to fit a speedloader.
The second type was a simple case with a flap. Unsnap it and you grabbed the loader by the knob. This worked Ok, AS LONG as you didn't turn the knob and drop the rounds.
I occasionally made a case with a "lifter" element so that when the flap was unsnapped and lifted, the loader was pulled up enough to grab the sides.
In all cases, the case was made in a squared off shape, so it didn't have that round loader look. You rarely see round cases of any sort on peoples belts, but you see enough box-like cases that you no longer really notice them.
As additional "camouflage", you could add something like a logo of some type. Nokia or Motorola is distracting enough.

At one of the few Beef Jerky ...er, Gun Shows that I've gone to, I found a nice leather case that looked like it was designed for a large folding knife or some sort of gadget a cop might carry. Two speed strips and one speedloader fit in perfectly. Slow as anything (but then so am I), still, that is 17 extra rounds for the .357.
Granted, this isn't a low profile belt case, but tucked in next to the Kimber is unnoticable, and balances the two extra mags for the .45. (the Kimber is balanced by the J-frame of course... don't ask silly questions. )
After I get all that on my belt, I hardly notice the Gerber folder or the Leatherman...
