Does anyone today currently make a civilian legal equivalent of the old Surefire L75?

I would like an infrared laser that could be dropped into 1” scope rings or a flashlight mount that took 123a or AA batteries. The old Surefire L75 was just the ticket but it was discontinued some time ago.
