Hupp In Maryland

Ms. Hupp spoke on behalf of Maryland gun owners at a CCW hearing in Annapolis last year. As most of us in the gallery filled up upon hearing her retell the tragedy of Killeen, some committee members could be seen talking and laughing among themselves.
