I really didn’t think stopping online sales would be a big deal.

Is this like being caught having an affair and telling your wife "I really didn't think having sex with that girl would be a big deal"?

He knew what he was saying and when he got backlash he changed his song. The owner of Chik-fil-A knew what he was saying and stood behind it 100% despite the media uproar and the "scores of people at the kiss-in".

Just about every true 2A believer thinks that any law with gun aand "banned" in the same document is a bad thing. Why would a business owner like this possibly think that his customers would be okay with this? Bottom line is that he did not think and it will take him a long time to recover the lost business.

I've been there many times. I might have to reconsider after this. It's hard for me to believe that anybody could be so naive to think that they will "go away" if we cede ground regarding online sales.

Spent 6 hours at the mall in Katy on Saturday, I could have dropped the wife off and headed over to his shop, but 6 hours of shopping is preferable to spending time or money in his store.
I forgot the actual number, but every dissatisfied customer will tell x number of people, I think it was 13. And getting a new customer costs x amount of dollars. This guy has a long road ahead of him.

Talk about shooting oneself in the foot...And to think a few Saturdays back I passed right by that place and if traffic had not been so bad I would have turned around and gone inside.
What Karma!!
