Taurus 92 AFS Added To Collection How Are They?

Just aquired a Taurus 92 AFS stainless slide with chrome highlights and black frame. Someone owed me money and time was up so I took this in trade. I had a Barretta 92 years ago and this looks pretty close from memory. I am sure some of you are familiar with these. Looks very well built and I cant recall seeing this color scheme on a gun. Tri-Color I guess. It looks like it came this way from the factory. Any information appreciated. Good shooters...etc...Russ

I'm not sure if its a factory build but from talking with people over at the Taurus forum it seems like mixing & matching is practically a sport...and I wanted to play too

yep...the anti-Russ

You should invest the $15 in a set of Hogue grip panels. They feel great and give a better purchase.
btw: careful taking the top left grip screw out there's a bushing under it that holds a safety spring in.
