I bought this pistol a few weeks ago and only have 30 or so rounds through it. 3 of the 7 rounds will not feed. Sometimes the slide stays part way open and you have to manually rack the slide to chamber a bullet. This is the first semi-auto I bought new. Is there a remedy for this problem? I was told about a weaker spring I could buy and install but I would like to carry this pistol and I don't want to run reduced loads through it. I am shooting 71 grain fmj over 2.2 grains of Bullseye at .985 oal. Most factory loads are running about .973 oal but I don't know what powder. Might this problem go away after shooting a couple hundred rounds? I just love the size of this pistol and hate to have to go to a revolver. Need advice.
