Thank You Thank You Thanks You. I just came back from taking shredded documents with personal info on them to the compactor here at a Large Airport in NoVa. I had to wait as some cleaners threw their trash into the compactor and started a conversation with a construction worker. I notice that a TSA employee was throwing stuff into the compactor that looked heavy. As he finished he just walked away from the compactor without running it. I thought to myself, what a pig! I finished my conversation and walked over to the compactor and looked inside. HOLLY S*** it was full of Swiss Army knives and toenail clippers. I quickly looked around and saw that no one was looking and I turned off the compactor and jumped in. I started to put SA knives into an old Soda cup and then I saw her! It was black and beautiful and very tactical looking. I reached for her and she started to fall even deeper into the crud. I launched myself at her and grabbed her in my fat little hand. I put her into the cup and jumped out and no one saw a thing.
I took my prizes to the handicap restroom and locked the door behind me and dumped everything into the sink. I finally had a chance to check her out. I had a Benchmade knife that is well worn and it has Emerson on the other side. I know that Emerson made knifes for them a while back. I cleaned them up and dried them with the hand dryer. I lover her! I have to send her to Benchmade and get her cleaned up thou (They do that right?). Once again I want to thank those over zealous retards for my new toy. I will love her forever!

Badger, I don't know what to say. I'm glad somebody is getting use of them, I have an old Benchmade/Emerson, was a good knife til I dogged it out. Hope you found some nice SAKs that aren't getting crushed now.

OTOH, in your place, I would feel like the girl standing next to the French guillotine refuse basket waiting for a nice pair of earrings to happen by. What got those knives there is just plain wrong, the same BS that I hope every airline goes bankrupt for and we are left with one shoddy national aerial Amtrak so people have no illusion as to the state of affairs. There has got to be some way to protest this like rescue knives whenever you go out there and sell them on E-bay for only the cost of your shipping.

The only problem is jumping into a compactor. People look at you funny! As for the peasent girl thing...Damn I fell kinda bad now. I hope it'll pass. I was thinking on going to a Surplus store and selling the knives cheap or maybe walk around a gun show. SA for a dollar. As for the Airlines going out-of-bussiness, hell just wait it'll happen.
