Seems like a lot of us stumbled into the IT world from various places, too. I guess there’s something about working with information at a high level that makes people feel the need to be well armed.

doesn’t take much information to know that being well armed is needed. One thing we all have here… our head on a swivel

Many in IT world support the public domain license/Open Source/free sharing of information concepts to solve problems to resolution quickly.

I consider public gun forums like THR similar to public domain license/Open Source/free sharing of shooting/reloading related information to solve problems quickly using combined knowledge base of "We the People".

I learned neck tension vs. crimp!

and live primers can be poped out and reseated and it’s very hard to destroy them

@OFFGRID come over to the darkside… Black Powder Section!! if you want to have some real fun!!!

I don't think I would have been brave enough to actually load and shoot my own ammo if I didn't have some support group to turn to.

Well I have been reloading for 35+ years and I still learn a thing or two all the time by hanging out on this forum. Best one on the net IMHO.

I found the forum after him, but sounded like he was a very knowledgeable hombre……
There’s a few here that really know their stuff, and not ALL of them are long in the tooth ….!!

I was a longtime "lurker" before I created an account here.

He was one that I always looked forward to his input.

I had no idea he had passed.

    RIP

He had a lot of knowledge to share. He is missed for sure! On a personal note, I admire the dedication he had for his Wife. RIP Sir!
