The G26

My G26 is my summer gun since she has no PRINTING WHATSOEVER in a Galco Scout IWB holster and I can sweat on her all day :) She spends as much time with me as my 1911's do in the fall through early spring.

I carry my G26 everywhere I go. It looks just like all the other baby Glocks out there. Its one of my favorite guns in my collection.

G19 chop job you're in!(got a pic?) 27 and 33 are all in also. since they're all babies!
hey lightsped nice pics! I've had my baby G for a year now.(pics coming) and thank god i never had to pull it out. (knock on wood).

Great little handgun, but can any of you actually hit anything with it? I sure can't. I shoot my old S&W 36 snubbie better than the Glock. Am I just odd?

jackal, you aren't the only one. at 25 yards i shoot about 8" groups, with occasional flyers that open things up even larger

I'm in...glad I just got one to keep my G21 company....the G26 is to babysit my P3AT...which is my other warm weather, going to meetin gun

Yep, count me in, my 26 has dang near retired my S&W model 60. I've had excellent shootability at long ranges - even at 100yds - lobing the 147s into a silouette. Mine uses a NY1 trigger spring with a (-) connector and Meprolite night sights. I've always been impressed with it's accuracy for such a small pistol. It's just about perfect for a summer sweat-on-it-and-not-have-to-worry-about-it concealed carry gun. Even though I'm a big 1911 fan, I just can't deny Glocks their place. :)

I love my G26, it will never get sold, as my girlfriend (now wife) bought it for me. It has been 100% reliable, and shoots much better than I do. It disappears under a T shirt in a comp-tac; Probably the most efficient 10rd 9mm packaging in existence IMHO. A Kahr might be thinner and a J-frame might weigh less (i've owned and carried both), but the G26 is pretty close to the perfect combination of size, firepower and shootability.

That being said, it is on the thick side for tucked IWB in business casual for me (I'm thin framed, so it sticks out too much for my comfort).

3-4" at 25 yards if I'm doing my part.

my primary carry during hot summer days in texas is my 642. yup sometimes i'm snubbie! only for 2 months....
but for ten months my baby "G" is at my side. The big brother beretta stays in the house on guard!

I'm in, G33 owner here. Got mine when they came out in the .357sig.

Still recall the looks I got taking them to the ranges I visit. I was stopped a few times when people asked me what I was shooting. Big noise and large flame.

I'm also a 1911 fan and tend to alternate between both.

Evidently...really the G26 has a reputation for being much more accurate than it really should be. In fact, I'm a fairly lousy shot, that does regular shooting sessions with two buddies who are much better than I. The first time I took the G26 out with these guys I proceeded to empty the first magazine into a nice group on the target. When I looked over, one of these friends was standing there with a dumbfounded look on his face. His only words were, "Let me see that thing". They now both own Glocks.

By the way, sign me up for the G26 fan club. I like mine so much, that I went out and bought a second which I put away as a backup. The only difference between the two, is that my original has Glock night sights, and the newer one seems to have a little different of a finish.

i used to own one... do i count too?

i miss the darn thing... was my first gun, sold it to a friend when I moved, and when i met up with him and asked if I could buy it back... he said NO... well, my bad...

I'm in! Torn between the 26 and 27. Actually went 27 for about 2 months, but changed my mind. Luckily I could do a near even money swap for a new 26. Much better gun for ME (I know there are .40cal fans that will take umbrage - no offense intended!). No pics yet...

I was amazed at how accurate my model 27 is.............I keep mine in a fobus paddle holster, can wear it all day and forget its there its so comfortable
