Some Guys have asked for my Combat Woodsman without the swedge ground for batoning and other tasks.
So I came up with the Guardsman (The first one was for an Army National Guard instructor)
It is my Utah Special but without the swedge ground. This should be a very sturdy knife for any task that you can throw at it!

I is in CPM-154 .166" thick, flat ground and matte finished. 20 LPI thumb jimping on the spine.
Pinned and soldered Brass guard, hand fit. OD green handle scales, fully sculpted for a glove-like fit.

This might just be my favorite evolution of the Combat Woodsman! What do you guys think?

Thanks Guys! I appreciate all the kind words.

I always say this, but I really do need to make one of these for myself.
That is, if I ever have the time.....

I know what I'll do, I'll make one for my buddy and just not give it to him.....
The Cobbler's children go shoeless again....
