I'd say it depends (always a disclaimer ). Maybe with the "right" bullet and the right POI and very short range you may be able to cause enough tissue destruction to cause "pieces" to be removed from a human body BUT (always a BUT) none of the calibers you ask about would cause a human body to blow up and be propelled through the air as in the video.
texasguy, the weapon I referenced for my cousin's 25mm was atop a Bradley IFV during GW1 in '91. He is now married with children. And the only thing he shoots are cans with .22lr with his kids and a crazed beaver with a .223 (long story) on his property in Southern Indiana.
The Bradley support weapon is not shoulder fired. I am sorry about any confusion.
