Being tone blind it's not easy to read for me. A lighter background and darker lettering would be very helpful. Some of the smaller lettering is very difficult for me to make out..

I don't like change; I have an aversion to it.

The "O" in the logo is .44 caliber on my desktop.

Is there any possible way to display either what's new, or when a post was done, without having to look at the fine print?
Annoying for older eyeballs & can't tell at a glance.

I understand the need for the change, and I think I appreciate the vast! amount of work; literal work it has and will take to finish the installation. That said, the overall look is one of having risen from the grown-ups only to be seated at the kids' table.

I trust that the Powers That Be will over the next few days fine-tune the appearance especially the background color so that posts are indeed easier to read.

Thank you to whomever is doing the dirty work. When I read The Blog's list of remaining tasks I was astonished at what remains to be done. Have a beer on me. (That reminds me, it's about time I became a Contributing Member...)

Hopefully they set it up so we can change the colors to our liking.

The Font color & the back ground color make the posts hard to read

Will we be able to change this ?

Yes. And I agree. Let's run with the default color scheme until we get the new scheme perfected, then it will be an (or the default) option.

    Is this better?

I just checked back in and, yes it's much better. I didn't spend long on here this morning when I made my post and then left as I wasn't up to the eye strain trying to read the posts.

Would prefer a little more contrast and sharper edge lines in regards to the various colors schemes being used.

    Blue is better, thanks.

Just found out that the way to get to the last post in a thread (sorry, vBulletin terminology, haven't internalized the new vocab) is click on the date displayed.

If you click a username or avatar their profile will pop up, and it's visible there.

Looks good so far. A like button is something this forum has been really missing.

Like it better black on white, but it's kind of simple looking that way. Actually the cream of the "entry" field makes a nice contrast and provides a little color.

I'm just glad you guys finally got rid of the boring tan n' green colors! I much prefer these new pastel tones.

Only until we can get a functional color scheme in earth tones. The earlier one was close, but incomplete.

Drag and drop works; my favorite is pasting from the clipboard.
