Last of the Mohicans.........
Is'nt that the movie where the British actor Pierce Bronson was cast as the indian chief?

"It was Englishman Daniel Day Lewis that starred in The Last of the Mohicans..."

And he wasn't even Indian, still less a chief.

And you would hardly recognize him as the same man who played Bill the Butcher in Gangs of New York.

or the cripple he played in 'My left foot'

Remakes of the "The Fallguy" and "the A-Team" would be fun though,
And if we get a Hasselhoff re-make I want "Baywatch":D

Good grief. Haven't you guys read James F. Cooper's leatherstocking tales? They're all public domain now, so there's no excuse. Lewis plays Natty Bumppo, aka HAWKEYE, the original American action hero! He's an anglo orphan who's adopted by the small remaining band of Mohicans.

And your POINT?

"Anglo" being the operative word. He did not dress like a Mohican; he dressed like a white, spoke English and fought with the colonial militia. Again, he was not an indian, still less a chief.:scrutiny:
