    Loading Tools

OK. Here's some pics of some tools that solve problems for me. Maybe for you too?
Like lube slimy conical bullets (I only shoot Lee 220gr. ROA bullets).
Brass tubing is glued to the brass yoke w/JB Weld. Soldering heat softens the brass tubing and ruins the "spring" in it.

    Again, in 4 attachments/post.

Well, that cuts it. I had to download the entire set of PDFs. Now, I'm going to have to find someone to make them for me. I could probably make six of them, but they probably wouldn't all be the same.
I also like your loading tool.

I'm finding your entire system, and your follow up article,VERY ingeneous Doak.
I also noticed that you removed the black from your aluminum grip frame and the bluing from the loading lever on your ROA. Nice touch.
Could you post a pic of the whole gun please?

    The gun's on page37, #913. It's the middle foto.
I removed the bluing from the steel grip frame when I reshaped it. Dipped it in Muriatic Acid (HCl) for a short time & immediately rinsed it in H2O. The loading lever is a S.S. replacement from Midway. It's what they had in stock at the time. The original blued lever was terribly distorted. Surprised it made it thru quality control!
