It's Carolyn McCarthy who's so dim she's not fit to man the drive through window of a Taco Bell, let alone serve as an elected official.

True, Carolyn is worse about not knowing the barrel from a boa-constrictor, but Dianne did work to get the AWB passed, when it did nothing to promote either the cause of public safety, or even firearms control (due to easy circumvention and sunset clause). No intelligent policitian (and they were lacking that year) would blow their "political capital" on a controversial law that doesn't accomplish anything, and isn't even permanent.
