    Plasma

There is a web site about experiments with microwave ovens that contains a way to make a plasma. Sorry, do not recall the URL.

You misunderstand... if you stand anywhere near the machine when firing, the pressure wave of the artificial lightning collapsing will hurt after a few shots.

Too bad it has a less than 50' range or that'd be a heckuva thing to mount on the walls of our prisons. Remotely operated, of course...

Actully 70 milliamps is fatal, 15,000 Amps would hurt ... but not for long!
