Like I stated…
It is a useful tool to have for what it’s for…
All my pistol rounds get “checked” on it before they go in the box…
But the barrel is the final “tell-all”…..

It may tell you about the “plunk” part, but not the “twist” part…

One must keep in mind that these are case gauges. They only tell you if the case dimensions are within spec

The acceptable OAL of your loaded cartridge is determined by:
1. The interface between your bullet's profile and the rifling
2. What OAL will fit in your magazine
