Tony's Custom Uppers?

Does anyone know much about this guy's uppers (guy out of Ohio sold at various gun shows, including VA)? Anyone own one? Used one? Are the barrels chrome lined? Caliber (.223 vs 5.56 mm)?

Trying to get any info on these uppers and personal experiences with them.

Yes I have two of Tony's uppers 1 is a 24" SS bull barrel and I have 1 with a 20" HB barrel. They have 8 to 1 twist. I got them at a gunshow in Pa. He built them wile I waited. They shoot great.

1:8 twist? Was that a typo? Did you mean 1:9? Also, do you know if they're chrome lined?

Juna Sorry it's 1:8 twist and no the 20" is not chrome lined. The 24" bull is SS. I like the 1:8 since I shoot 60 to 77gr. bullets. They are chamered for 5.56X45. He has a website.
