I'm a newbie. Looking at a used Uberti with Tresco nipples. How much are Tresco nipples? Where can they be purchased? Do all Uberti C&B revolvers use the same size nipples?

    Thanks.

Try Track of the Wolf for Treso nipples. They are very good quality. I have a number of them and am quite happy with their performance. Never had to replace one yet. :)

    Try this link:

I don't know if all the Uberti revolvers have the same size nipples or not. Someone more knowledgeable than I will be able to answer your question right quick though. Just be patient. The folks on this board are very helpful.

    Here's what my Uberti's require:
    1847 Walker: Treso No. 11-50-01, TOTW No. RST-A, 1/4X28X0.635
    1861 Navy, 1873 Cattleman: Treso No. 11-50-16, TOTW No. PCC-A, 12X28X0.500
I haven't found one for the 1862 Pocket Navy or Pocket Police yet.

I can't speak of Treso nipples on Ubert's but I just a few weeks ago put a set on my Pietta steel 1860 revolver and I went from one misfire in about every 7 or 8 rounds to none in over 30 rounds. I can't say enough good things about them.

Anyone know which ones fit the Pietta 58 Remington NMA?

Try the 6mm x .75 revolver nipples from Track, part number PIR-A. The description from the Track catalog reads "Nipple, 6-.75mm metric thread, for replica revolvers, #11 cap, Ampco bronze". The Dixie catalog also shows the same size for Pietta-made 1858 NMA revolvers.

    Good luck!

I got some Tresco nipples for Pietta Colt Navy earlier this year from Track of the Wolf. After over 25 cylinders I have not had a misfire.

    They are well worth it.
