Can anyone suggest a trigger for Ruger #1? I have a #1 in .204, which came with the usual stiff factory trigger. My gunsmith adjusted it to a reasonably good 2 lbs ,but it has a little too much creep and is not as crisp as I would like. Would also like not to spend a ton of money on it. Ideas?

I initially replaced the trigger in my No. 1V in 220 Swift with a Moyers but eventually replaced that with a Kepplinger set trigger. A little pricey but well worth the money.

The Moyer's is a good unit. The first time Joe (Realguns) installed his he jacked it up something awful and I had to correct him, but he did it right the second time around. Anyway, it's not too difficult to install with a little bit of know-how and it's a better unit than the stocker. I'm sure the Kepplinger is far superior, but so is the cost. :)
