I'm starting to load for my 22 Hornet handi rifle, and I have a question about trimming and sizing. I'm full length sizing the brass (it's new brass), then trimming and deburring it. After trimming, do I need to run it through the sizing die again? Is there any benefit detriment to doing so?

Trim it and deburr it, then load it and shoot it. Repeat.

Need to? No. But it wouldn't hurt except to work the brass again, shortening the life expectancy. Hornet brass is real thin and small. It's life expectancy is limited as it is so working it twice is NOT a good idea.

Adding to what Mr. Snuffy said about the relatively short case life of Hornet brass to begin with, I would encourage you to get a neck die for subsequent loadings to significantly extend the case life. It will.
