Hello all,

I have been visiting ARFCOM for many months without issue and a couple weeks ago, out of nowhere, I couldn't access the site anymore, I just get an error message. I know the site isn't down because I've been accessing it at work everyday on a Government/military computer without problems, so i think it's my computer or my browser or soemthing. I use Google Chrome, but I've also tried Internet Explorer and FireFox and no luck.

Like I said, I can access ar15.com on a .mil system but not on my own laptop at home. Ideas anyone? Any help would be appreciated.

Mods, please move this of this is the wrong forum, thanks.

It is likely that your ISP has not updated its DNS information.

Clear the cache in your browser(s). Then, try again. If it still doesn't work, use the IP address provided above. If that works, then it's likely your ISP's DNS.

Consider switching to another DNS service, like OpenDNS. Instructions for switching are on the site.

Well I tried clearing my browser's cache and reloading the page using the above link but didn't work. I will try something else then.

Sounds like you may have gotten something *cough*infection*cough* that has changed the way your computer gets web addresses.

It's a computer problem, not a gun problem.

Not on-topic for THR.org. Sounds like a computer problem. Nailoth probably gave you the right answer.
