I had a rifle once that I am trying to track down. It is a new Production Mauser chambered in .308 and had a strait pull bolt.

Anyone know the model and where I could get one.

No such thing as a mauser with a straight pull bolt. Mausers by definiton are a manually operated turn bolt style rifle.

You sure it wasn't more like a Carcano or K31? I've not heard of a Mauser Straight pull because the Mauser Action is everything but.

Do you mean straight bolt, or straight pull? There is a huge difference, and as has been mentioned, there is no such thing as a straight pull Mauser. If a rifle has a straight pull action it can't be a Mauser. A Blaser would be an example of a modern straight pull bolt action in .308.

if a gun has a strait pull action and is made by Mauser then it is a strait pull Mauser. Look at the links Rcmpdeler posted.

Ah, I see. You didn't mean a Mauser action.
