I wanted to send this earlier for all those turkey hunters but I forgot....

If today you are having some nice turkey from your last hunt (or the store too) this is something very quick to make that goes very well with it.
Buy 2 to 5 packs of chopped mushrooms depending how many are going to eat.
3 to 5 cloves of garlic or more if you do not have to kiss anyone after.
In a non-stick pan or pot put something like 1/4cup of olive oil and heat.
chop the fresh garlic there.
when it starts to get golden dump all the mushroom packages.
Start mixing well form the bottom. As the mushrooms cook will release the water and start to boil a little and will shrink.
Then add a small cup of brandy (don't drink it)
Add a little 1/4 cup of apple juice (optional)
once in a while Keep steering from the bottom so everything is cooking evenly.
Add some ground peper ocasionally.
I also add a few slides of minced prescuito so sometimes I put less salt as this is a salted cured meat.
You can cover and occasionally steering and when the water is gone it will start to burn at the botton so you need to steer a bit more and then retire.
Will not take more than 25 to 30 min to cook. Let it sit for a while and enjoy with your turkey!

Happy Thanksgiving.
