Twist on "what's your EDC?". What's next in line..?

my current EDC is a ruger sr40c. if i had to go to option two at the moment, it would be my glock 22 or my wife's sr9c. i would really prefer my sp101 to the glock, but i dont currently have a good way to carry spare ammo or a holster that i really like. it is entirely possible that i might just go buy another gun if my cash situation allowed it.

I carry a 1911 everyday. I only gave one other gun, so I'd have to carry my Sigma. The Sigma is a great gun, but I'd be rushing to sell whatever I could to fund smother 1911. Or like what was mentioned, borrow one. I've got a family friend with enough "spare" 1911's.

My current carry is a S&W M442. I have a S&W M642 and a few other J frames I can carry if for some reason my M442 is not available. BUT, I just might have to switch over to a Colt Detective Special instead.

I carry two guns... Glock 26 and 21, and I have a 19 coming in soon...

One of the remaining two would be the ones I'd carry.

My EDC is an XDm9 compact. If that was taken, I'd carry my Taurus TCP until I could get around to aquiring another XDm or an XDS.

My true "EDC" guns being SP101 snubbies, I will simply carry another of my several SP101 snubbies in its place, should one be collected for testing at the firearms examiner, or be held as evidence. I do often carry a 1911 or 4" S&W Model 19, and if one were to taken, I have the other. I also have the option of carrying my personally-owned duty P229R, and I could pull one of my several GP100 revolvers from secure storage.

This is not a mere theoretical exercise for me, as my oldest GP100, that I bought in the very early 1990s, was collected for ballistic testing after an on-duty shooting in 1993. My Safariland duty holster was also designed to fit a Colt Python, and I carried my Stainless Python for several weeks, while waiting for my GP100 to be returned. I still have that GP100, though I sold or traded the Python somewhere along the way.
