    Nice! I always liked the look of a birdhead grip, never shot one though. Do they shoot well?

    Yes sir, they certainly do shoot well.
    I also have a 22lr/mag with a birdshead grip.

    I have smaller hands, so these fit my hand better than conventional grips.

    Yes he would have, and did. Then, when he was about six years old, he bought a real revolver....

    Well his son Ethan, head of John Wayne Enterprises, must think so.
    Otherwise he wouldn't have allowed Duke's name on it.

    Very nice. Is the trigger guard on the 101 squished a little or is it just the angle?

    The Duke did indeed carry a Winchester in .32-20 in many of his films. I believe he also carried revolvers in .32-20 in some films.

    Dream guns for me would be to own the pair plus the derringer he carried in "The Shootist".
