    I thought the issue was never the AG's office but the state police which took a contrary opinion i.e., that a non-res FL permit would not be honored in PA.

    True Sam-------but prior AG responses did not take a strong position---------now it does. Legal equivalent to a bi**h-slap from the AG to the PSP.

    Did this bill pass in NJ?
    What the hell is wrong with NJ???

    Unfortunately, it passed the Assembly, but now goes to the Senate. It was pretty much dems and north Jersey for it, and republicans and southern dems against. Unfortunately, dems have control...until November when the whole legislature is up for re-election.
