Uberti Cattleman 3 screws coming loose

First post, been a fan for a few years however. Just purchased an Uberti '73 Cattleman 4" in .45 cal., birdshead grips. Came packed in a plastic bag with this brown oil/ooze that I've been cleaning up for the past 5 days.

As I clean, lube and cycle the action repeatedly the three screws on the left side seem to want to back out after say 50 -75 cycles. I can't seem to tighten them enough at the risk of damage. Ya think this will solve with continual cleaning? Haven't had a chance to fire yet (next weekend), I know things need tightening from time to time but without even firing? Worried.

I clean the threads with a good solvent and assemble with purple threadlocker.

I swear it's like Uberti puts the new gun in the plastic bag and then dumps a quart of oil in there with it. Never had one come out of the box rusty!!!

Clean the threads and Loctite the screws. Either Blue 242 or Purple 222.

I know LocTite seems to be the universal answer to everything but the three screws you are talking about have threads for a short distance and the rest is a shaft. These three screws hold the cylinder bolt stop, trigger and hammer and these parts must be able to move on the shafts. Any loctite that gets on the shaft will impede the operation of the gun. Colt uses small, flat washers that prevent the screws from working loose. Brownell's sells the washer sets. Get two or three sets as they don't last forever. They will work fine on the Italian replicas.
