I believe his carry weapon was a S&W .44Mag before going to the 10mm. Jim.

I've never met the "Madman", but I'd guess that he's a lot more "sane" in person, when there aren't cameras rolling. He's supposedly a reserve Deputy Sheriff in his county in Michigan.

I'm hoping that there will be a show about one particular Reserve Police Officer in Miami. Having shaken the hand of that particular man, I can just imagine how a full-sized pistol will look more like a "toy" in the hands of NBA star Shaquille O'Neal!
Hey, I'm a fairly big man, at 6'5" and 230 pounds, but Shaq's hand was HUMONGOUS!

I have seen a pic of Shaq holding a 1911 (I think, it was a cpl years ago) at some firing range. It looked like the little plastic one you got with the old G.I. Joe. It was shocking how big his hands are.

Yeah, Shaq could definately get by with an HK Mk.23 or a other double-stack .45.

Looks like Shaq has an eye dominance issue.
I think I've figured out his free throw problem.:neener:

There's nothing wrong with being dominant with one hand and dominant with the opposite eye. I'm often equally accurate or better when shooting right-handed and left-eyed than when right-handed and right-eyed.
