Upper swaping on Springfield XDs

I have a Springfield XD in 357 sig and would like to shoot 40 S&W and 9mm out of it. I understand you can just drop a 40 barrel into it and the gun will fuction fine but I would prefer to have a complete upper. Does any company sell the uppers and could a tactical upper fit on a standard frame?

I have not seen anyone selling just slides. Besides the 1911, the only after market slides I am aware of are for Glocks. Bar Sto makes match grade XD barrels. I have heard of people running 9mm bbls in Glocks with 40 breech faces successfully. Bar Sto could tell you whether or not it would work.

does the XD have full barrel support for the 40 smith and wesson,thanks,keith
