BILL TO DESTROY DALEY'S GUN REGISTRATION LIST IS MOVING IN THE ILLINOIS HOUSE - YOUR ACTION NEEDED
For more than 10 years, Mayor Daley's CAGE Unit and the Illinois State Police have been keeping an ILLEGAL registration list of YOU and your fellow Illinois gun owners.
As the legislative session is nearing its end, your ISRA is moving a bill in the Illinois House to DESTROY THE DALEY/STATE POLICE GUN DATABASE.
This bill needs your support. If you care about your privacy, if you care about destroying Daley's registration list, you need to do the following:
1. FIRST THING FRIDAY MORNING: Call your State Representative in Springfield and politely tell the person who answers the phone that you SUPPORT Senate Bill 2188 and you would like the representative to VOTE FOR Senate Bill 2188 when the bill comes to the House Floor.
2. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHO YOUR STATE REPRESENTATIVE IS: go to this web site: http://www.legis.state.il.us/ then click on the "legislative lookup" link and follow the instructions to look up your legislator's phone number.
3. PASS THIS ALERT ON to all your friends who are gun owners and tell them to call too.
4. POST THIS ALERT to any and all Internet bulletin boards to which you belong.
NOTE: Currently, SB 2188 is the "Retired Cops Carry Bill." This bill will be "gutted" by ISRA supporters in the house and rewritten to require destruction of Daley's database.
