Remanufacteured ammo can be great stuff to practice with. Years back my brother got me a few thousand rounds each of 9mm and 40. And it took me a few glances to recognize it was reloaded ammo. I opened a few boxes of each type and weighed each round verse a factory original. I was looking for consistent grain weights to look for double charges or squibs. I didn't find much variation in the first couple boxes and didn't bother measuring the rest. Shot for shot I have had less malfunctions with remanufacteured USA ammo than from Winchester White box.
