This was the view from my blind a few days ago.
son #3 took this buck from our blind last fall.
my neighbor and b I doubled on these birds last spring. Blinds are great for young and old. Mrs farmer will even agree to sit in the blind once or twice per year.(she prefers to hunt at TJ Maxx)
If you have small acreage to hunt, I have learned to stay put, and be patient. No better way than to get comfortable out of the weather. Get decent chairs. We have a portable propane heater for extreme cold weather.
