Using Rubber Clamps With Overhead Molle Panel

I have found a steel molle panel that I can install overhead in my truck. I am trying to find some rubber clamps that I can use to store my rifle up there but I am having a hard time finding something that would attach to Molle panel and is in stock. Any suggestions?

Right now I move my rifle in a Pellican Case but that is both more visible and it takes up a lot of space in my Toyota Tacoma.

One possible solution I see is Grey Man Tactical Rifle Rack Rubber Clamps, I do see them in stock, they were out of stock while I was researching this question. A little pricey but look good.

It sounds silly but go to your local bicycle shop and look at the rubber clamps they have for various bike racks. You might find just what you’re looking for.

@jmorris made a really snazzy rifle mount in a Jeep TJ. Post#3 in the thread linked above, maybe that will give you some ideas.
