Here is a video of me running a local 3 gun.
I know I need some work that was the point of the video. From watching it I see terrible reload habits, especially with the shotgun. I even ejected a live shotshell forcing another reload.

There may be some curse words in the background.

For the rifle I'm using a BCM 20 inch with a Millet 1-4 DMS.
The shotgun is a Mossberg 930 SPX tactical.
The pistol is an M&P9c with an Apex trigger job.
