I Want to say Thank You for all the help I have received from everyone. I have trolled this board for months and have used information from here to develop my own loads for some of my guns. If you are loading 200gn. LRNFP Missouri Bullets or Winchester 230gn FMJ you need to look at my data. I mostly shoot IDPA and needed loads that both Cycle the gun without going under Power Factor. Here is 3 pages of Data that I have compiled. Read the notes at the bottom. Feel free to ask me any question. As you can see on the first page all but 1 load didn't meet power factor and 50% didnt even Cycle reliably. I shot more than 50 rounds of each so these aren't 1 shot numbers. I used XD45 4", XD45 5", and HK45. Enjoy.

Thank you, bomb. I'll compare it to my own logs when I have time.

First time Shooting IDPA with my HK45

Shot 200rounds of VV N310, 4.4gn, 230G, Win FMJ, 1.60OAL In an IDPA function over the weekend out of my new HK45. Shoot well no problems very flat shooting no cycling problems. I will chrono these as soon as I get a chance. As you can see from the data in my first post that it should be right at the 750-800 range. Ill keep cronoing and collecting data. Im always looking for the infamous perfect load. Please share you .45ACP VV310 loads with me if you can.

    4.6 Grs N310 and a Berrys 185 Gr SWC @ 1.190 O.A.L.

    4.4 Grs N310 and a Ranier 200 Gr SWC @ 1.265 O.A.L.

    4.5 Grs N310 and a Berrys 200 Gr HP @ 1.200 O.A.L.

I don't know if these meet your power factor, but they are super clean, super accurate, and recoil is light. You could always bump them a hair if needed.

These loads are safe in my guns using my load procedure. Check manuals, start low, and work up.

4.1 Grs N310 and a Berrys 230 Gr @ 1.265 O.A.L. was showing promise, but I never finalized it. Probably end up at 4.2 to 4.3.
