Im looking 4 info on the acceptable pressures sustainable in a stainless dragoon of the 45 LC caliber which seems 2 be somewhat difficult to come by seeing how interarms bellied up a few years back as I understand it anyway.
I need reputable info on this so I can reload accurately , So does anyone have anything ? THX :what::p

James, I didn't think anyone else in the world had one of those! While I'm not certain of the pressure capabilities as mine was converted to a Casull search Hammerli 45LC as they are the manufacturer (Interarms was the importer to the US) and you should find something. It's been my experience that these are very strong revolvers though ( the frame is HUGE)!
Check out www.singleactions.com/VADragoons.pdf for some history... no pressure capabilities though, other than they are comparable to a Blackhawk.
Hope this helps.
One more thing... there's a thread on the tools & tech's-handguns: revolvers of THR you might find some thing there too
