mostr of us carry responsibly, and most of us have common sence...

but, unfortunately, there are a few who just want to carry any and everywhere because they think guns are cool, and dont respect them as tools..

Yes I did vote armed, but in Oregon it's a mail in or drop off election. So I don't think anyone noticed.

I'm in CT and, as far as I know, carrying at a polling place isn't illegal. However, having a gun on primary or secondary school property is a class D felony and my local polling place was at a middle school. I don't give a rat's ass about policies or "no gun" signs, but I won't take the chance on a state or federal level.

Black Panthers

Did anyone hear about the possible black panther intimidation at the polls? I think that would be justification enough to want to carry to the polls.

I'm new to AZ so I'm not sure about the state law...I do know that I couldn't. Most of the polling places are on school grounds. No guns allowed withing 500 feet of the school.

The polling place was in the city rec center which is posted. I carried before and after. Left my S&W Model 36 in the pocket holster in the car when I went in to vote.
