Voting strategy

McCain is going to lose. Democratic primary voters outnumber Republican primary voters 6 to 1. Now it's down to who will McCain lose to.

I disagree, plenty of independents who are registered Democrats that will vote for JM and anyone that will not vote for McCain is voting for the Democrat candidate. Lets see which one of you big shots who claim they won't vote McCain say so the day after the Novemver election, especially if he goes to NRA sponsored events.
I prefer RP myself, reality right now is that it's either JM or a Dem.

FWIW, I'm an angry white man and John McCain is NOT my hero. This is the most unique elections of our history, a White Male Liberal Republican, a White Women Liberal and a Black Male Socialist.
All three are liberals, all of them are going to further damage this country, none of them will bring our troops home because logic says we need to stay there and complete the job (even Obama knows this). Universal health care will not happen and all three are basically in the same boat as far as most of the issues. It all boils down to safeguarding the Constitution, the two Dems want your guns and the third guy wants to spy on you but probably wont touch the guns.

White male liberal.
Black male liberal.
White female liberal.

Them's the choices.

Hey I'm writing Ron Paul in. I can't bring myself to vote for any of them but numbers don't lie. Obama regularly gets more votes than all the republican candidates combined

when I first read the title I thought it said Vomiting Strategy.

My title makes more sense.

Vote for Huckabee!!

Folks,
I'm the one who started this thread and I just can't bring myself to vote for Obama against Hillary.
I just have to look at Huckabee and see that here is a man with a backbone, who has not apologized for his and his familys' gun ownership and carrying or his religion. That really says something about a person and I want my vote to be for someone with that much strength of character. He has an "A" rating from the NRA and his religious background leads me to believe he is a man of conviction that will stand for the principles that the Founding Fathers built our country on. His actions are speaking louder than his words and his tracks are straight. I know that with the current "Politically Correct" mantra that to speak up for Judeo-Christianity is wrong, but I don't have a problem with standing up for my beliefs. This country was founded for religious freedom and there is no separation of church and state except to say that we have that freedom and our government cannot force us to a certain religion. The Judeo-Christian influence is very strong throughout the Federalist Papers and our early history as is our freedom and right to have guns.
My apologies to any that I may have led astray! I don't want to be one of those gutless people who will vote for someone just because I think they will be the winner in the end, and I don't want to waste my vote trying to shut down the Clintonista political machine although I fear the Clintonista political machine more than I fear Obama.
Vote for Huckabee and send a message to your country that you are tired of this Politically Correct crap and the loss of our freedoms and liberties! Send a message to McCain that gun owners will be watching his every move and his platform better address gun ownership and the 2nd amendment correctly!

I'm with you Buttermilk. This is from freemarket.org, the folks who print and mail out the the voter's guide. I tend to agree with number 3, voting Dem and expecting McCain to read your mind is a bit much.

"This Friday, February 29th is the last day of early voting!

Surveys show that the number of Democrats voting thus far has quadrupled since last election, and the number of Republicans voting thus far has doubled.

If you wait to vote on Election Day on March 4th you could find yourself in long lines.

There has also been discussion across the State by some regarding voting in the opposite party's primary-this is a bad idea.

WARNING: When You Don't Vote Your Values:

1) You cannot participate in your party's precinct convention
2) You cannot became a delegate of your party
3) You distort the poll numbers and force all candidates to gravitate towards the positions that appear, inaccurately, most popular
4) The candidate who truly represents your values is deprived of your vote"

Well,,,,,,,,,,,,,, I went and did it yesterday!! Voted for Mike Huckabee and don't regret it. Brought home a copy of the ballot for the rest of the family to be sure the correct votes are cast. When they bring the receipt from the polling place, we will all go out to eat at a place of their choosing, my treat. And, we will have a block party celebrating our right to vote next weekend.
TODAY IS THE LAST DAY OF ABSENTEE VOTING IN TEXAS!! GO VOTE NOW AND AVOID THE HASSLE NEXT TUESDAY!! But if you can't do it today, be sure to go on Tuesday!!
Huckaby did a campaign stop here this morning. I am impressed with him as a person from humble beginnings, been through some serious hardships with his wife having cancer at age 20, never giving up, rising from a family of poor folks to Governor of Arkansas, an "A" rating from the NRA, a family of shooters and concealed carry people, pro life, pro marriage, not pro taxes, and several other things I consider important.
PLEASE GET OUT AND VOTE FOR MIKE HUCKABY and let the national media know that they don't determine who you vote for!!
