Seems very high, I've got an unopened 8 pounder I'll probably trade for something else one day.

In the last three years I have laid my eyes on WST exactly once. A few one pound cans. Maybe six months ago. They were priced at 40 bucks each. It was one of the big box stores known for their ludicrous prices. I bought 2. :(

That's high for my area, which is already high. I've seen it fairly often so it's not rare. If I needed it I would buy it locally for that price. But not w/ shipping and Hazmat on top of it.

It's been out of stock for quite a while. Checked Powder Valley and it's 171 plus shipping of about 14 bucks. So 185 to your door provided you are not in Kansas and have to pay sales tax.

it was 2 - 4 lb bottles, they were out og the 8 lb ones. 71 each

Why is WST so high when others are about $150 for 8#. I was looking yesterday at the top sticky in this forum and saw several powders I use in the 150 range. I was tempted but I've bought too much lately and need my card to cool off a little.

PV lists it for 137.50 for an 8 pounder. Just be patient.

Or buy some Competition, its near twin. That's what I did.

It's shown up here and there, but people keep buying it up.

8 lbs, 56,000 Grs, @ 5.0 Grs a shot = 11,200 rounds. That's a lot of shooting.

PV has 8 pounders of Competition for $132. I bought a four pounder some months back.

Yes, brewman could get 2-4 lb. jugs for just a 5 bucks more. Powder Valley is good about keeping their pricing steady, even when powders are flying off the shelves.
