Not with those sights.

You'd be surprised. If you're thinking you're going to shoot at something 30 yds away, these aren't the correct sights; I'd run anyway. At 7 yds., I can present from holster and land 2 shots in a 5 inch circle in about 1.5 seconds. Also, the gun has a 3.5 inch barrel, a fast gun, not a precision gun. Perfect for urban carry.
