So, does anyone make an adaptor allowing those of us who do not want to spend $300 on a light to mount "stuff" to our P99's? I seem to remember some mention of this a few months ago. Thanks in advance...

Laser Devices make a good light for the proprietary rail.

Actually, I found out that the folks responsible for http://www.gggaz.com/products/adapter_sw_model99.php are making something similar for the Walther P99 that should be released this fall, according to them. Since I have an M3 already, that makes me all kinds of happy.

Extremist, thanks for the link. A search of that board led me to the above link, which was exactly what I was looking for.

Unfortunately, a P99 rail adapter from Sidearmor and GG&G have been promised for quite a while. If you just want a tactical light, your least expensive route is going to be either the Laser Devices light (bigger), or the Walther rail adapter and an Insight Tech M5 light.

I will look forward to seeing a rail adapter from GG&G. Is it going to allow attachment of an M3/M6?
