I sent my 17L into get the warranty work done on it, talk about fast less than a week from my house to them and back again, replaced quite a few items.
I had an early XX123 number with US at the end. I'll take it out in a few days and shoot it. They replaced my 3.5 trigger with a new one:uhoh:I am not sure I'll like that, the old trigger was not as crisp as this new one.

Not sure I understand. You're saying that you'd rather have a mushy trigger?¿

No, I was afraid it was going to be a crisp 5 pounder. I got use to the mushy one (3.5)...

Now I have a nice crisp 3.5 pound trigger. I put 100 + rounds through it today, very nice:D I also have several 5 pound triggers on other Glocks, I could tell the difference and the new one is nice. ;)

They added an extended mag release, I have a mdl 22 that still does not have the extended, my others do, I'll order one, the next time I need parts, new extended for the mdl 22...

I was always under the impression that the 34 and 17L came stock with the extended slide stop and mag release.

I was planning on buying one of the two soon, but I came a cross a used Sig that I just couldn't pass up.

They do now, that wasn't always the case.

Nice to hear a story of great customer service. Stuff like this can make a difference when people are shopping for their next pistol, and it's good to have the info on how the company handles service after the sale. Thanks for sharing.

Congrats on the great service from Glock. Customer service is but one reason I have finally settled on Glock for my CCW/Home Defense weapon of choice.
