Father's Day Weekend. Same situation, we have been doing this for maybe 15yrs, would love to see some new faces as we aren't getting any younger. If interested you can search past posts or send me a PM.

    Be well,

I have a couple of people coming up and Cody might have a couple people with him. My couple will have a new born (2 months or so) so will be using (part of) the trailer this year.

Would love to have you as always. Still hanging at Berts? How are the boys and grandkids?

Dean! Would love to see you, been too long. Wondering about Parker, Wayne and Justin as well.

Be nice to see some new faces around the fire, too. Seems there's gotta be more Washington guys on the forum who'd enjoy a weekend with like-minded folk, lots of guns and shootin' in a spectacular setting, and some great conversations around the fire (maybe a little fine aged bourbon and a good cigar also).

Well a few days away and no new faces. It is slightly disheartening that we have been running this open get together for well over 10 years and we are dwindling and not growing. For those that have viewed this thread and are within striking distance of Ellensburg we would love to have you.

Concur. Especially since we have active members in Washington state posting here regularly ... we are not at all cliquish, everyone's welcome, would be awesome to see new faces.

In the past we've been an extremely varied bunch, retirees, young guys, engineers, realtors, military, lawyers, teachers, bus drivers, electricians, air traffic controllers, bartenders, chefs, fishermen, aerospace technicians, etc., from all over the state.

Please PM Polishrifleman, it's not too late to come up to the hills for a great weekend of camaraderie and shootin' and campfire tales ...

I just saw this thread, but I have some other gun related stuff this weekend. Maybe next year I can make it out, would love to meet you guys in person and shoot some stuff. What kind of ranges do you have available?

The range is a big plateau going up into a hillside. We set up a pistol/.22 station with spinners and metal plates at about 15 yds then set up longer range targets out to a plow disc at just shy of 400 yds. We also have a couple clay throwers for shotgun. Anyway, maybe next year.

I've been trying to PM this all day without success so I'm just going put it in the open:

It looks like I won't make this year. Too weak for it to be safe for me and you guys don't need that sorta thing on your platter.

Shelby will be coming, with buddy Rex, B-in-Law, wife and 3 month baby. Charlene indicated they are coming, as has Cody.

The main problem is that some people have become accustomed to me showing up on Friday to do the unlocking. I've never shown the key location to anyone. That little patch below the camera might get a bit crowded.

    Sorry, but life happens.
